Start9's AI support technician answers the moment you write, at any hour. It works from the documentation for every version of every product and service, and knows whether your problem is already fixed and waiting for release. Every reply shows how Dux worked it out.
Down to the Code
When the documentation runs out, Dux asks Helix, Start9's engineering agent, to read the source code of the product or service. Follow the investigation beside your chat, and if Helix finds a bug, it files the report.
Talk to a Person
Request a human at any time. During support hours, someone from the Start9 team joins the same chat, already caught up on everything you and Dux have said. Dux keeps helping while you wait.
Start with a Topic
Open a chat under StartOS, StartWRT, StartTunnel, your hardware, or any service in the Start9 Registry, and Dux starts from the right documentation. Attach logs, screenshots and config files as you go.
Pseudonymous
Your account takes an access code and an email address, and only Start9 sees them. Everyone else sees the name you choose. Your real name is never asked for.
On Your Phone
The portal installs as an app on your phone or computer, straight from support.start9.com, with no app store in between. A notification names who replied, never what they said.
